Dear readers,

i’m so sorry that i have not been blogging / updating as regular due to busy preparation to my new school, NTU. But the passion of running still remains part of my life.

As my new school will be starting on 30th August 2010, i will be training thereafter; hence, if you wish to join me, you are more than welcome to email me at alck@running.sg.

For now, i have been preparing for the next half marathon, army half marathon as well as The North Face 2010.

Went for a morning training run in macritchie reservoir and NX wanted to do 25km; in order to cloak such distance, we need to run to bukit timah and back.
A tiring run but meaningful one. From 3 weeks ago till date, NX and I will be in MR every sat morning to train till The North Face 100 which is in early oct. Hopefully by then, we will be able to meet our timing. Cheers~

Today embarks the very first training for The North Face 100 DUO. It was a beautiful morning, NX and I started our targeted distance “20km” at 9am. Initially, we wanted to run all the way to bukit timah but cant seems to find the exact route; hence we decided to continue running till 10km and make a u-turn back to MR park. As shown above, is the running route as well as the timing
